3. Data Accuracy and Limitations

5. Subscriptions and Payment

5.1 Paid Features

Certain features of the Site, including inspection history, email alerts, and saved favorites, are available through a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged on an annual basis at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.

5.2 Billing

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee. All fees are in U.S. dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

5.4 Cancellation

If you are a food service establishment owner or operator and believe that information displayed about your establishment is inaccurate, please be aware that FloridaFoodScores.com displays data as provided by DBPR. We do not independently investigate or adjudicate inspection records. To correct an error in the underlying record, you must contact DBPR directly. You may also contact us to flag a discrepancy for review.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this Site to:

• Systematically scrape, harvest, or download data in bulk without prior written authorization
• Reproduce or redistribute inspection data for commercial purposes without a separate data licensing agreement
• Misrepresent data from this Site as official government records

9. Intellectual Property
